How we work on commercial sites
Commercial programs are tight, and other trades are working around you. We plan the ceiling and wall sequence with the builder, keep service openings and access panels where the mechanical and electrical trades need them, and set every joint to a paint-ready finish so the painter can start without rework.
We use site-specific JSAs for commercial work and tidy as we go, so the next trade can move straight in.
