Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to ceiling work delivered by RA Ceilings to customers in Perth WA. Specific terms for your job are stated in your written quote.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Quotes are based on the scope visible at assessment. If additional scope is discovered during work, we will notify you before proceeding.

Booking and deposits

Bookings are confirmed by acceptance of the written quote and payment of any agreed deposit.

Work site requirements

The customer agrees to provide reasonable access. We provide standard site protection; customers retain responsibility for items not within scope of our protection.

Variations

Any variations to the agreed scope will be quoted in writing before the work proceeds. Verbal-only variations are not enforceable.

Workmanship Guarantee

RA Ceilings provides a 12-Month Warranty on all jobs on the ceiling work we deliver. The guarantee covers defects arising from our workmanship.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of remedy of defective workmanship under the terms of the Workmanship Guarantee.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
